• All motorized vehicles must be parked in driveways or other designated parking areas.
  • All vehicles must be registered and have current license tags.
  • All vehicles must carry current liability and comprehensive insurance coverage, including the name of their insurance company and/or agent.
  • No auto work or repairs may be carried out anywhere within the park, including any site. This rule does not include the repair of a flat tire, or jumping a battery.
  • Washing vehicles is not allowed. Please ask park manager for nearest car wash locations.
  • Guests assume full responsibility of motor vehicles on park property.
Edgewood welcomes pets with written permission from management,
providing the following rules are adhered to at all times:
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times and never tethered or left outside.
  • Outside pens and kennels are not allowed.
  • Pets must not be permitted to snarl or bark at passersby.
  • Pets must not be permitted to dig, destroy or damage community property.
  • All pets must have current vaccinations.
  • You are solely responsible for picking up after your pets.
  • At the sole discretion of management, pets running loose, left at neighbors’ sites,
    or left alone will be automatically removed by the County Animal Control.
Guests will register with the office or park manager any visitor whose stay exceeds seven (7) days. Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors. Park manager will govern the length of stay and acceptability of all visitors.
  • A community swimming pool is available to you and your guests between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Tuesday through Sunday and from 10:00 a.m. to dusk.
  • There is NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY and swimming in the pool is at your own risk.
  • Appropriate swimming attire is required.
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • There will be no running, horseplay or diving into the pool.
  • Food, beverages and pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area.
  • Guests are encouraged to plug in and check heater tapes before first frost.
    Guests will be responsible for the cost associated with repair or replacement.
  • Please report any clogged or disconnected sewers immediately. Coffee grounds, oatmeal, leaves, grease, sanitary napkins, etc. should never be discharged in the toilets or drains.
  • Waste water must not be discharged onto the ground.
  • For the purpose of inspection and maintenance, the park manager reserves the right of access to all premises.
  • Metal sheds and steps are to remain free of rust spots. Guests will be charged for any sheds or steps that are painted or maintained by the park due to neglect.
  • Sprinklers must not be left unattended.
  • Guests are responsible for the maintenance of grass, shrubbery, and flowers, on their site. Guests will be responsible for any fees associated with maintenance, due to neglect.
  • Guests are responsible for accidents, disturbances, cleanliness and debris on their site.
In an effort to maintain an attractive park, prior consent from the park manager is
required for the following:
  • Removing plants, shrubs or landscaping from the premises.
  • Erecting or attaching porches, TV antennas, fences, carports, awnings, other fixtures,
    or “For Sale” signs.
  • Trees, temporary or permanent concrete or masonry work, shall not be removed
    after approval has been granted.
  • Digging or driving rods, stakes, pipes or the like into the ground.
  • Parking trucks in excess of one-half tons within the park.

Additional rules and regulations may be added at any time at the sole discretion of the park manager.
