Cancellations or late arrival requests (later than the date reserved) must be made 5 days in advance of reservation, to avoid a no show penalty. If a cancellation notice is not received, no shows, or late arrivals, will be billed in full for the time reserved and not used.

Rent is to be delivered to the community office manager during the business hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in accordance with your lease agreement.
 
Weekly and Short Stay Guest rates include the following utilities: power, water, sewer and high speed WIFI.  Extended Stay Guest rates include the same utilities except power, which is metered monthly (extended stay guests must contact OG&E within 24 hours of arrival to initiate services).  Short and Extended Stay Guests can subscribe to AT&T or Cox Cable services for HDTV, Cable Modem and landline telephone services.

Extended Stay Guests
Please provide the park manager with a 30-day written notice when planning to move.  Guests are subject to storage costs associated with personal property left at the site.

We also recognize that plans can change without much warning.  If you are required to check out prior to the end of the month (or your scheduled departure date), there are no refunds as we do not prorate the monthly rate.

Short Stay Guests
You are required to establish your check out date upon check in.  Subject to availability, you may extend your stay at any time by contacting management.
